CONTENT LICENSE & MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT
- GRANTER OF LICENSE AND AUTHORITY
By submitting materials via the requested form and opting into this Agreement, you (the "Licensor") warrant and represent that you are the lawful owner, or an explicitly authorized representative of the owner, of all intellectual property, text, logos, screenshots, trailers, and promotional media found on the designated Steam Store Page, as well as any files, videos, images, or assets that you directly hand over, upload, or transmit to us (collectively, the "Media").
- GRANT OF LICENSE
Licensor hereby grants to GAMETHRUSTER (gamethruster.com) (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable right and license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, edit, distribute, and transmit the Media.
- RIGHT TO SUB-LICENSE & REDISTRIBUTE
Licensor explicitly agrees that Licensee may hand over, distribute, or sub-license the Media to external third-party contractors, creative personnel, freelancers, and fulfillment partners solely for the purpose of executing the digital product order placed by the Licensor.
- WARRANTY AND INDEMNIFICATION
Licensor warrants that the distribution of the Media by Licensee will not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of any third party. In the event of a copyright dispute, digital millennium copyright act (DMCA) claim, or legal action arising from the use of the Media, Licensor agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensee from any financial damages, legal fees, or losses.
- ELECTRONIC CONSENT AND EXECUTION
The parties agree that checking the confirmation box on the submission form constitutes a binding electronic signature, carrying the same legal weight and enforceability as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act.
